A Sovcomflot tanker, an Italian bulker and a Japanese chemical carrier came under attack from pirates in a frenetic 24 hours of attacks off Somalia, TradeWinds has learned.
A Singaporean owner suffered its second brush with pirates in almost as many days but Nordic American Tanker Shipping (NATS) denied that one of its suezmaxes came under attack in the Gulf of Aden.
