Profitability of Thoresen Thai Agencies for the year to the end of September plunged with low freight earnings by the group’s supramax fleet a key contributor.
The Bangkok based shipping group reports a net profit of THB 139m ($4.44m) down from THB 796m through the previous year.
Total revenues were little changed being 2% down on last year at THB 17.9bn although the reduction in profitability was reflected by earnings per share for the 2011 financial year falling to THB 0.20
