It has signed panamax charters with Cargill International and Norden worth a collective $4.35m, a statement said.
Cargill has hired the 73,500-dwt Naias (built 2006) on a 10 to 13 month contract.
A rate of $6,800 daily has been agreed, against a spot market of $8,656 per day on Monday.
Norden has paid $7,000 daily for the 73,600-dwt Thetis (built 2004) over an 11 to 14 month period, Diana said.
