Danish bunker player Monjasa has secured the arrest of a Turkish-owned bulker in pursuit of an arbitration award.
Justice RM Chhaya of Gujarat High Court ordered the arrest of the 32,900-dwt Nihat-M (built 1998) on 8 November following a lawsuit by Monjasa.
According to the Equasis database, the ship is owned by Istanbul-based Red Funnel Shipping and is managed by Iskenderun Gemi Isletmeciligi.
