A general cargoship with hull cracking has been barred from Paris MOU ports for a year.
It is the second time the 2,900-dwt Nila (built 1978) has been banned by the organisation. A first offence attracts a three-month exclusion.
The port state body said the ship was detained in Russia's Kavkaz port in October, its third detention in the last three years.
