V.Group and Clipper Group have inked a shipmanagement deal for bulkers.
The agreement sees V.Group unit Dania Ship Management move into the dry cargo arena after being formed in June to operate vessels for Nordic Tankers.
It has formed a partnership with Clipper Fleet Management.
The deal includes the transfer of 28 shore-based employees and around 1,000 seafarers to Dania.
