A cement carrier has been given a new life as a much larger cement hauler at a Damen shipyard.
Cebo Marine's 3,900-dwt Lelie C (built 2000) has received a major overhaul that includes installing eight refurbished cement silos with capacity of 40 cubic metres each.
The ship, a former general cargo vessel, was initially outfitted two years ago with two tanks from the 1,688-dwt Framfjord (built 2012) when it was named the Ritske.
