Castleton Commodites is seeking to seize bunkers on a second ship chartered to bulker operator Hudson Shipping Lines in a dispute over a bareboat charter deal.
The Connecticut commodities company has asked a US federal judge in Texas to seize fuel on the 77,100-dwt Nord Hydra (built 2014), which Hudson has on time charter.
The request comes as part of efforts to secure nearly $12.1m
