Bahri signed a deal with France's Group Bollore to establish a new logistics joint venture to serve countries within the Middle East Gulf.
The shipowner with a fleet of 85 vessels says the joint venture will serve customers in Saudi Arabia and the wider Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC), which include the countries on the Arabian peninsula.
The new venture will be headquartered in Riyadh.
