The Dutch bank has hired Jan-Maarten Mulder, a former Trafigura man, with the newly created role of Global Head of Commodities.
Mulder will report to Maarten Terlouw who was appointed in June to head ABN AMRO’s ECT division, returning to the company after a stint at Royal Bank of Scotland.
“Commodities is a very important segment within ECT and we believe this development will strengthen our ability to provide a leading client service,” Terlouw said.
