Estonia’s Baltic ferry giant Tallink said passenger and vehicle numbers rose in the three months to 31 May, but cargo units dropped.
It said it carried 1.62m people in the third quarter of its financial year, from 1.56m in the same period of 2007.
Vehicle numbers rose to 147,000, from 124,000 a year ago. Cargo units fell to 84,761 from 94,977.
The passenger figure for May alone was 591,400, a 9.6%
