PetroChina looks set to become a major player in the domestic bunkering industry after agreeing to take a stake in China Ocean Shipping Company (Cosco) subsidiary China Marine Bunker Supply Company (Chimbusco).
China's largest oil company will inject capital into Chimbusco, which in turn will be restructured to become a company with limited liability under an agreement signed in Beijing in recent days.
