Opec’s output could rise this month despite ministers from the oil exporting cartel deciding to leave quotas unchanged last week.
UK consultant Oil Movements predicted an extra 460,000 barrels per day (bpd) loaded on to tankers in the four weeks to 29 December, equivalent to an extra suezmax cargo every two days.
This is a rise of 1.9%, bringing total daily output to 24.54m
