Ofer-controlled Zim of Israel is selling a ship for $35m and leasing it back for five years, the seventh such deal since the company was acquired from the Israeli state at the start of the year.
The latest deal, expected to be completed in the first quarter next year, follows a similar arrangement in September for two containerships sold for $70m and leased back for six years.
