Japanese boxship giants Mitsui OSK Lines (MOL) and K Line have reorganised their South American service after P&O Nedlloyd decided to pull out from next April.

The new joint service called New Andes will link Asia, Mexico, and the west coast of South America.



The three companies will continue to run the current service until next year, but Nedlloyd gave notice to quit following its takeover by AP Moller-Maersk.
