Maersk Line says a decline in the US economy will not stand in the way of its attempts to restore profitability.
The Copenhagen-based owner, which today announced the biggest job-cuts in the company’s history as part of a reorganisation drive, believes it is well prepared for the US slowdown and still expects to see overall profits increase during the next two years.
