Evergreen is replacing its North Asia-China-Australia Express Service (NCA) with a new run from East Asia.
The Taiwan-China-Australia Express (TCA) will effectively link the eastern region with Australia for the first time, from the end of May.
It said the move would “enhance and improve the overall transport capacity and port coverage.”
Port rotation is Kaohsiung, Ningbo, Shanghai, Yantian, Hong Kong, Melbourne, Sydney, Brisbane and Kaohsiung.
