Norwegian owner Camillo Eitzen & Co (CECO) has bought out former partner Tschudi Shipping’s stake in ship manager TESMA.
Boss Axel Eitzen told TradeWinds he was very happy with the deal, which he said was vital to unify the management of his expanded fleet and benefit from synergies, which was not possible under the previous ownership arrangement.
He did not reveal the price paid for the 50% stake.
