French class and certification society Bureau Veritas (BV) has increased annual growth again, against a background of a strong newbuilding orderbook.
Net profit for 2003 was EUR 95.9m ($113m), up 10% over 2002, with turnover increasing to EUR 1.28bn, a rise of 12%, it said at Posidonia in Greece.
Marine turnover was up 13% in 2003, with the classed fleet reaching 41.2m
