UK shipbroker Braemar Seascope is to seek injunctions against former brokers Andi Case and Julian Brynteson to prevent them working for rival Clarkson before their official start dates in November.
The pair are on gardening leave under the terms of their contracts with Braemar and are still being paid by the company, having left in May this year.
But Braemar alleges the pair have been working for Clarkson in the interim.
