Rescuers locate a Bow Mariner lifeboat.
The first of four surviving crew from the tanker Bow Mariner (built 1982) which exploded and sank off the US coast in February gave evidence before a grand jury in the US on Friday.

Ramon Ronquillo spent an hour and a half with the grand jury in closed-door proceedings.

Three other crew are scheduled to testify Wednesday in Norfolk.
