Wyker Dampfschiffs-Reederei Fohr-Amrum (WDR) has sold one of its ferries to a group of businesses owned by a Greek family that owns Cretan Daily Cruises.
The German ferry operator has offloaded Rungholt to the undisclosed Greek buyers in Kissamos, a town on the Greek island of Crete. Financial terms of the deal were not disclosed.
Calls to Wyker were not immediately returned.
