Expanding Abu Dhabi-listed shipowner Al Seer Marine has revealed its intention to launch the fastest ferries in the Middle East and North Africa (MENA) region.
The company, which has been buying tankers and gas carriers in recent weeks, has designed a new vessel to carry between 60 and 80 passengers in collaboration with France’s SEAir, a pioneer of hydrofoil technology.
