Polaris Private Equity has clinched the sale of Danish ropax and fast ferry owner Molslinjen eight months after halting the process due to the Covid-19 pandemic.
The fund said the company has been divested to Sweden's EQT Infrastructure. The price had earlier been estimated at $1.1bn by Danish media, but the actual figure remains confidential.
Danish investor Henrik Lind has also sold his holding of between 15% and 20% to EQT.
