A new US cruise company is showing early confidence in the luxury sector.
Florida-based Atlas Ocean Voyages has one ship on order for mid-2021 delivery with plans to add four more ships to its fleet by 2023.
The privately held outfit is taking reservations for the first vessel, 98-berth World Navigator, offering Mediterranean voyages, according to its website.
"The immediate and positive response from the travel advisor community and early sales of World Navigator's inaugural 2021 season has played an important part in our decision to increase our capacity," president Alberto Aliberti said in a statement.
