Finnlines goes long-term with Alfa Laval scrubbers

Finnlines signed an long-term service agreement with Alfa Laval covering exhaust gas scrubbers aboard seven ro-ro vessels.

The agreement is “to optimise the performance” of the Alfal Laval PureSOx scrubber systems, which have been used aboard the Finnlines’ vessels since 2014.

The vessels covered include 3,600-lane metre Finnpulp and Finnmill (both built 2002), the 1,890-lane metre Finnhawk (built 2001), the 1,320-lane metre Finnkraft (built 2000), the 1,775-lane metre Finncarrier and 1,690-lane metre Finnmaster ( both built 1998), and the 2,606-lane metre Finnmerchant (built 2003).
