High-specification shipbuilder Fincantieri has raised its revenue estimates after a strong inflow of new orders.
The Italian group, which is listed in Milan on the Borsa Italiana, expects annual revenue to exceed €8bn ($8.5bn) this year following what it called “strong” order intake across all its businesses, especially in cruise, one of its main areas of specialisation.
Its contract backlog stands at €40.1bn
