Philippines shipowner Dennis Uy has vowed to fight an anti-trust ruling voiding his takeover of ro-pax group 2Go.
ABS-CBN News reported that the deal was scrapped by the Philippine Competition Commission (PCC) for alleged non-disclosure to the antitrust body.
