Larry Pimentel has resigned as the chief executive of Royal Caribbean Cruises brand Azamara Cruises after three decades in the cruise industry.
His decision to step down comes just as the Richard Fain-led cruise major laid off or furloughed a quarter of its US workforce in the midst of a pandemic-stricken sector.
The company would not say why he left or if it planned to fill the post with someone else.
