A debate is flaring up in Norway over the impact of the cruise industry on the environment.
Michael Thamm, who is CEO of Carnival Corp subsidiaries Costa Group and Carnival Asia, has accused Norwegian authorities of doing to little to limit pollution from ships in its fjords.
He claimed that officials must do more to ensure that cruise traffic is emission-free in Norway.
