The doors have closed for the last time at Zeamarine's main office in Denmark as the wind-up of its heavylift and project carrier business continues.
Sources in Naestved said that the office there closed Thursday after the appointment of court administrators.
No official confirmation could be obtained from the Zeamarine, and calls to the Danish offices were unanswered.
