Shanghai Jinjiang Shipping has placed an order for up to four feeder containership newbuildings at China's Yangfan Group.
A Yangfan official confirmed the deal, adding that this is the first time that Jinjiang has placed newbuildings at the shipyard.
Jinjiang has booked two 1,900-teu vessels with options for an additional pair.
