Taiwanese owner TVL Marine has ordered a second feeder containership in Japan.
Brokers said the Taipei-based company has contracted a 1,096-teu vessel at Kyokuyo Shipyard.
No price was revealed, but the unit will be delivered in November, 2021.
TVL operates two modern feeders, one of which, the 1,096-teu Sunny Freesia, was built at Kyokuyo this year.
The yard is building three other boxships for TS Lines, plus four LPG carriers.
