SITC International Holdings has booked two more feeder boxship newbuildings at Dae Sun Shipbuilding & Engineering.
The order brings the number of 1,023-teu vessels it has placed at the South Korean shipyard to 10.
In a regulatory filing, Hong Kong-listed SITC said the pair of newbuildings cost $38.4m. The units are options it held at Dae Sun when it signed up for eight newbuildings last month.
