John Fredriksen's Ship Finance International (SFL) has sealed a lease financing deal for four boxships bought from Lemos Group in May.
The transactions are worth $400m from an Asian-based institution over nearly nine years, with a purchase option for SFL to buy the quartet back after six years.
The four 13,800-teu vessels have long-term charters in place with Evergreen until 2024.
