AP Moller-Maersk chairman Robert Maersk Uggla has asked shipping cadets in the US to help change the industry’s culture as the Danish shipowner undergoes investigations into abuse cases.
The Danish chief executive of parent company AP Moller Holding addressed graduates of the Massachusetts Maritime Academy’s class of 2022 over the weekend.
He stressed the importance of the next generation’s leadership and said the maritime industry serves a highly diverse market across the world.
