A vessel sharing agreement (VSA) between Eimskip and Royal Arctic Line (RAL) has been approved by the Icelandic Competition Authority.
The Iceland and Greenland container lines want to run three 2,150-teu newbuildings together for services between the two countries, Scandinavia and the Faroes.
Two ships are being built for Eimskip and one for RAL.
