Singapore's Eastern Pacific Shipping (EPS) has exercised options for two more 7,000-ceu pure car/truck carrier (PCTC) newbuildings at China Merchants Jinling Shipyard (CMJL) Weihai, also known as Jinling Weihai.
The duo were option vessels that the company secured when it placed an order for four ships there in August.
The deal lifts the total tally of PCTC newbuildings that EPS has on order at shipyards in China to 11, worth around $957m.
