A bulker and a boxship have been damaged in a collision in bad weather in Taiwan.
A video published by Apple Daily shows China Steel Express' 207,000-dwt capesize China Steel Innovator (built 2012) hitting the stern of Evergreen's 8,452-teu boxship Ever Laden (built 2012) at Kaohsiung port on Tuesday morning.
No injuries were reported.
Local reports said the bulker had dropped its anchors but was unable to stop in strong winds, despite help from tugs.
