Cido Shipping is said to have been quietly stacking up its fleet with orders for container ships and VLGCs at Hyundai yards amid rising shipbuilding prices, with 16 vessels costing $1.93bn on its orderbook.
Shipbuilding sources said the South Korean-owned company has just signed four LNG dual-fuel neo-panamax boxship newbuildings at Hyundai Samho Heavy Industries.
