New York-listed CIT Bank has led a $45m refinancing of the containership portfolio of Mangrove Partners.
The lender said its maritime finance business unit was the main arranger of the deal.
The seven vessels are owned by a Mangrove-managed fund and are chartered to leading liner operators.
The units have a capacity of between 4,300 teu and 5,100 teu and were built between 2005 and 2010 by South Korean yards.
