US President Joe Biden is reportedly set to sign an executive order aimed at competition in shipping.
Biden's order will, in part, instruct the Federal Maritime Commission (FMC) to do everything in its power to protect US exporters "from the high costs imposed by ocean carriers" and to crack down on "unjust and unreasonable fees," Reuters reported on Thursday.
