A Euroseas containership arrested in India last month as it was heading for scrap is free to move again after the Greek owner secured its release.
TradeWinds is told that Euroseas has deposited alternative security that allowed authorities to lift the arrest on the 1,452-teu Manolis P (built 1995).
The dispute that led to the ship’s detention in Gujarat has been referred to London arbitration.
