Wallenius Wilhelmsen is rerouting all its vessels planned for Red Sea transit to avoid the region due to the worsening security situation.
Its ships will reroute via the Cape of Good Hope, the Oslo-based company said in a statement.
“The safety of our people is our number one priority,” said chief executive Lasse Kristoffersen.
