Clarksons Research has tracked even more vessels avoiding the Red Sea in October due to Houthi attacks.
The figures were released just as the Yemeni militia began to target vessels again after a quieter period.
Managing director Stephen Gordon said Clarksons Research’s base-case scenario for tonne-miles now factors in Red Sea disruption continuing across 2025 and 2026.
