India’s Great Eastern Shipping is evaluating a move into container shipping to supplement its tanker, bulker, LPG and offshore fleet.

General manager Rahul Sheth said on a call with analysts that the country’s largest privately owned shipping company will “assess the transportation space” in boxes.
