New York-listed Global Ship Lease (GSL) has confirmed its first big container ship purchase of the year.
The Greek tonnage provider has lined 10-year financing to complete the $274m purchase of four high-reefer 9,115-teu container ships.
The first vessel will be delivered this month and the second in January 2025.
