Denmark’s DSV has clinched a huge deal to create what is thought to be the world’s biggest logistics player through the takeover of Deutsche Bahn’s Schenker.
It is paying €14.3bn ($15.8bn) to buy the operation, strengthening its global network, expertise and competitiveness.
The combined business will have revenue of €39.3bn
