Traffickers are increasingly moving drugs by ship in liquid form, making it harder to spot illegal cargoes using sniffer dogs and scanners, according to a new report.
The growing trend has seen drugs discovered in suspension in legitimate products such as shampoo and pomegranate juice, according to a new publication from the International Chamber of Shipping.
