Cosco Shipping Lines has extended charters on three large Greek-owned container ships.
The Chinese giant has fixed the 9,469-teu Cosco Hellas, Yantian and Beijing (all built 2006) for 24 months.
The Costamare-owned vessels are understood to be earning in the region of $35,000 per day for the periods starting next year, brokers said.
